Ali grew up in the entertainment business watching her Dad, Sid King, own and operate a radio station and movie theatres, and her Mom, Judi King, teach dance for over 40 years. The love of radio and small town business runs deep in the King family! Ali has since worked with her Dad at his Clinton radio stations. They love living in Heber Springs and enjoy the lake and the beautiful natural scenery. Billy has been a familiar voice in Heber Springs for over 20 years!
On Friday nights, you can catch him calling the Panther Football games and now you can hear him weekday mornings from 7- 9 am with Ali King in the Morning.

After coming t o America he prospered, and in his life followed the Presbyterian Church, o f which he was a member. On the maternal side Colonel Suggs, of this review, t races his ancestry back to Captain John Hood, one of his great-grandfathers a nd a native of Ireland. Having come to this country in early life, he was si xteen years of age at the time when the war with England was inaugurated.
He joined a cavalry company and was soon afterward elected captain, serving wit h that rank until after the cessation of hostilities. After his return to civil life he married Mary Wallace, whose acquaintance he had made in rather a romantic way. While stopping at her father's house for a meal one day he m et the little maiden, then twelve years of age. She cooked his dinner for hi m and his men, and his attention being attracted, on leaving the place he tol d her that he would return for her after the war; which he did and she became his wife.
